The Nursing Quality Improvement has adopted and developed various methodologies that measure the key performance processes. They include:

• Plan-Do-Check-Act, PDCA model, in alignment with the Hospital PI program, and for process design and redesig
• Concurrent and / or Retrospective Medical Record Review and Patient Centered Care (PCC) approach checklist
• Customized Accreditation Drill Tool (CADT).
• Story boards and Performance Improvement projects.
• Fish Bone, Root Cause Analysis, etc
